Identifying the problem – The technician will take the time to talk with you about the problem you are experiencing, asking essential questions to get a full idea of what you have experienced. He will then assess your system and diagnose the problem.

Instituting the solution – Only after you have approved the proposed work, the technician will either repair your current system or order the new one. If you have chosen a repair, your technician will work diligently to finish the repair that day. If you are ordering a new system, we schedule a return visit by our installation team. In most cases, installations can be completed within 24 hours.
Following up – One of the most important steps of our Red Carpet Treatment is our follow-up. Our technician will be sure you fully understand the repairs that were made or how your new system operates. This is another opportunity to have all of your questions patiently answered. Our invoices also provide descriptions of the services completed during the visit. Along with the invoice, we provide a review card to our customers asking for your feedback, so we can make sure you were fully satisfied.
